“I first encountered this legendary series – George T. Stagg, namely – in 2012 working as a bartender and it set me on a path towards drinks writing. I couldn’t believe how intense and absorbing it was. I was floored by the way it seemed to shift and evolve with every dash of water. I glimpsed another level of whiskey that night and afterwards I wanted to know more, to understand more and to taste more, forever. It’s in that spirit that I return to the Antique Collection now.”
