Brora distillery: Can you Really Recreate a Classic?

Following a visit to the rebuilt Brora distillery to sample the first three year old single malt to be made on the site for more than 30 years, I wrote about what it really takes to recreate one of history’s great whiskies. Not to spoil it, but it was very good.
